1. Non-Refundable Policy

Payments made to Ananta Ecomgrowth are generally final and non-refundable once work has begun, access has been delivered, or a custom service has entered production. This applies to:

Digital services (e.g., advertising, CRM, funnel setup, automation)

Strategy consultations and coaching

Downloadable digital products (e.g., templates, PDFs, courses)

Technical or marketing implementation work

Due to the time-sensitive, digital, and service-based nature of our work, refunds are not issued once the service has commenced except under the limited exceptions listed below.

2. Digital Product Delivery & Delayed Access Clause

Our digital products and services are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after successful payment. In case of unforeseen technical delays, we will inform you via email and ensure timely resolution.

By completing your purchase, you:

Acknowledge that access or onboarding may begin immediately

Waive any right to cancel or reverse the transaction under "digital goods" provisions as recognized in international eCommerce regulations

3. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations are generally not accepted after the transaction is completed unless:

4. Refunds - Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same product or service due to a technical error

You completed payment but did not receive onboarding or product access within 5 business days, and our support team failed to deliver after reasonable follow-up

You received a product or service that substantially does not match the description on the Platform

To request a refund, you must:

A specific explanation of the issue and any applicable evidence

Refund requests submitted after 3 days or without valid proof will not be entertained.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate suspension of access to all active and future services

Permanent blacklisting across our platforms and products

Legal recovery of disputed amounts, plus reporting to relevant fraud databases
